Food: What you eat, and What you apply

She has taken care of her diet for a long time. She eats as healthy as possible. She exercises daily. But, still trapped in a lot of discomfort. How is it even possible?

She is my best friend. She is me. It was a long time ago when I was diagnosed with a lot of problems (lifestyle disorders: extreme fatigue, thyroid, PCOD, and many more) and I did not get where I had gone wrong. But yes, one thing that I did know was that I had to find out the root cause of my problems. From this point, I started my journey to explore more and more about physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I studied numerous books, experimented a lot, and met with many good-hearted and ayurvedic people to understand the idea of well-being.

Then, I came to this point where I can share some important points with you. Let’s cut to the chase.

“Skin is our largest organ, Right? When we apply any moisturizer on our skin where it goes? Where it absorbs? It penetrates through our skin layers. It goes inside.

“Food, what we eat through our mouth, where it goes, Inside”?

Now, this implies, either in the form of chewing something from our mouth or applying something to our skin, almost means the same.

Therefore, Food is not only what you eat, it is also what you apply. Simple
